Kaseya is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the Global Talent Acquisition team, focusing on Go-To-Market hiring. You will work with Sales, Account Management, SDR, Customer Success, Channel, and other GTM functions to identify and onboard top talent that fuels growth.

The ideal candidate will manage full-cycle recruitment, delivering an outstanding candidate experience while supporting ambitious hiring goals across regions.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of recruiting experience in agency or in-house TA environments.
• Experience supporting full-cycle recruitment activities and managing multiple positions.
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to engage talent through various channels.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management to build relationships.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Experience using ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for GTM positions including SDRs, Account Managers, Sales Representatives, and Customer Success roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, requirements, and target candidate profiles.
• Source, screen, and engage active and passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and outreach.
• Conduct recruiter screenings and present qualified candidates to hiring teams.
• Coordinate and manage the interview process from application to offer, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and track recruiting activity in the ATS (Greenhouse).
• Monitor recruiting progress, pipeline activity, and hiring metrics to drive success.
• Support employer branding initiatives and participate in recruiting events as needed.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future GTM hiring needs.
• Collaborate with TA colleagues, HRBP, and leaders to ensure an efficient, scalable process.
