Empowered Hospitality is seeking a recruiting leader to initiate, build, and sustain candidate relationships and manage high-volume executive searches. You will support the talent team, implement leading recruiting practices, and contribute to the firm’s strategic growth.

The role requires in-house or agency recruiting experience, strong ethics, and a drive to innovate. Collaboration with the Talent team and leadership is essential for success in a growing hospitality firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field is required.
• Master's degree is preferred for advanced roles.
• Experience leading recruiting teams and managing executive searches is essential.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Execute the full recruiting lifecycle for leadership roles.
• Assess client needs and advise on talent acquisition strategy.
• Develop processes, tools and best practices to improve recruiting impact.
• Deliver trainings to enhance recruiting capabilities across the firm.
• Provide regular status updates and participate in progress reviews.
• Nurture relationships to identify prospective candidates and clients.
