Empowered Hospitality is seeking a proactive recruiter to own the full lifecycle of hiring for hourly and leadership roles in New York. You will screen resumes, engage top candidates, coordinate interviews, and maintain accurate ATS records while partnering with our Client Services team to ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Ideal candidates bring experience in agency and internal recruiting, a background in hospitality, and strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates

Qualifications

• Experience identifying, attracting and evaluating candidates for hospitality leadership roles.
• Strong relationship-building to create a robust talent pipeline.
• Proven ability to collaborate with teams to meet hiring goals.

Responsabilités

• Execute full recruiting lifecycle for hourly and leadership roles.
• Screen resumes and submit qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications.
• Maintain ATS records and provide status reports.
• Attend client meetings to review recruiting progress and opportunities.
• Draft and present weekly progress for clients.
• Create job descriptions and write ads aligned with client brands.
• Post jobs within budgets and optimize postings for performance.
