Job summary

EVOC Hospitality Collection is seeking a remote Hospitality Recruiter to research and attract top luxury hospitality professionals. You will build a pipeline from Forbes Five-Star hotels and Michelin-starred restaurants, working with the Head of Talent Acquisition to support expansion.

You will conduct targeted outreach, manage campaigns, and maintain clean candidate records in the ATS. The role requires exceptional English, hospitality recruitment experience, and strong sourcing skills across

Qualifications

• Exceptional written English communication and ability to craft polished outreach messages.
• Experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or executive search within hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of luxury hospitality sector, Forbes Five-Star hotels and Michelin-starred restaurants.
• Understanding of front-of-house, culinary, and management roles in luxury hospitality.
• Experience using LinkedIn and other online tools for proactive candidate sourcing.
• Excellent attention to detail and maintaining accurate records.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Talent research and identification of potential candidates in luxury hospitality.
• Proactively source professionals through LinkedIn, industry sites, networks.
• Research candidates’ backgrounds and experience to assess fit.
• Develop talent maps and candidate lists for current and future needs.
• Maintain ATS records and track outreach activity.
