Job summary

Stand Together is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead executive and strategic recruitment across a portfolio of roles. The role operates in split-desk and full-desk models, sourcing, screening, and piping top-tier candidates with a focus on quality, speed, and a white-glove candidate experience.

You will apprentice with talent acquisition leaders, align with organizational priorities, and build pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and internal databases.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of candidate-centric recruiting experience in executive search and C-suite talent.
• Proficiency with ATS, CRM tools, and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Talent Solutions.
• High level of humility and integrity.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and internal databases.
• Manage multiple concurrent searches and prioritize roles by impact.
• Conduct initial phone screens using behavioral and skill-based questions.
• Lead with a high-touch approach, guiding candidates through interviews and managing expectations.
• Maintain accurate candidate notes and documentation in Lever (ATS).
• Partner with Strategic Recruitment leadership to align on feedback and role requirements.
• Understand Stand Together's strategies to match talent to opportunities.
