Job summary

Stand Together is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead executive and strategic recruitment across a portfolio of roles. You will source, screen, and pipeline top-tier talent with a focus on quality of hire, speed, and a white-glove candidate experience.

You will apprentice with talent acquisition leaders to deepen knowledge of Stand Together’s priorities and recruitment strategies, supporting teams driving transformational change across the country.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of candidate-centric recruiting experience in executive search and C-suite talent.
• Proficiency with ATS/CRM and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Talent Solutions.
• Excellent communication and ability to work with multiple stakeholders with discretion and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Build talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and internal databases for nuanced, hard-to-fill roles.
• Manage multiple concurrent searches, prioritizing roles and candidates based on impact.
• Conduct initial phone screens using behavioral and skill-based questions to evaluate knowledge, skills, and values alignment.
• Lead with a high-touch communication approach that guides candidates through the interview process and manages expectations.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation and candidate notes in Lever (ATS).
• Partner with Strategic Recruitment leadership to align on feedback and role requirements and share market insights.
• Build and maintain understanding of Stand Together’s strategies and goals to match talent to opportunities.

As Senior Recruiter, you will lead the recruitment for a portfolio of roles with our Executive and Strategic Recruitment capability. This role will operate in both a split-desk and full-desk model (role dependent): you will source, screen, and pipeline top-tier talent with a focus on quality of hire, speed, and a white-glove candidate experience for our priority talent needs.

You will apprentice with talent acquisition leaders and colleagues to build knowledge of the Stand Together community, our organizational priorities, ideal candidate profiles, and recruitment strategies. As a member of the Strategic Recruitment team, you will play a pivotal role in building and supporting teams and capabilities that are driving long-term, transformational change to drive progress on some of our country's most pressing problems.

How You Will Contribute

• Build talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and internal databases to find and attract active and passive candidates for nuanced, hard-to-fill roles
• Manage multiple concurrent searches, prioritizing roles and candidates based on impact
• Conduct initial phone screens using behavioral and skillset-based questions to evaluate knowledge, skills, and values alignment
• Lead with a high-touch communication approach that will guide candidates through the interview process, prepare them for interviews, and manage ongoing expectations
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation and candidate notes on all candidates, searches, and recruiting activity in Lever (ATS)
• Partner with the Strategic Recruitment leadership team to align on candidate feedback and role requirements, while sharing market insights to inform candidate recommendations and recruitment approaches
• Build and maintain a working understanding of Stand Together’s strategies and goals to effectively match talent to the right opportunities
