Job summary

Lambda is seeking an Executive Business Partner to serve as the right hand to our leaders. This role goes beyond calendar management, acting as a strategic partner who anticipates needs and removes friction to keep the business moving.

Based in the San Francisco/San Jose area, you will manage complex calendars across time zones, coordinate high-stakes meetings, handle sensitive information, plan travel, and help refine processes as Lambda scales.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of EA or relevant experience, with time in fast-growing tech companies.
• A proven record supporting leaders in dynamic, scaling environments.
• Mastery of organization, prioritization, and follow-through.
• Top-notch communication skills.
• Comfort with ambiguity, change, and moving at startup speed.
• Fluency with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and Zoom.

Responsibilities

• Be an executive’s right hand: anticipate needs, solve problems, and remove friction.
• Manage complex calendars, schedules, and logistics across multiple time zones.
• Coordinate high-stakes meetings, agendas, and follow-up.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Plan and manage travel, quickly adapting to changes.
• Keep critical projects and deliverables moving on time.
• Support company communications: talking points prep and scheduling.
• Build and refine operational processes for efficiency as the company grows.
