Job summary

Lambda in San Francisco is seeking a seasoned Tech Alliance Partner Manager to grow Lambda's partner ecosystem with end-to-end ownership. You will forge partnerships across platforms, tools, and applications and turn them into durable growth for customers using Lambda's AI cloud.

You bring 10+ years in technology partnerships, a track record of revenue-generating ecosystems, and the ability to design partner programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology or ecosystem partnerships, alliances, or partner business development within B2B tech.
• Proven success building revenue-generating partner ecosystems that drive customers or revenue to a cloud or platform.
• Experience designing partner programs or frameworks from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Own the technology partner strategy, segmentation, prioritization, and a clear value view.
• Recruit, onboard, and grow technology partners and ISVs aligned with GTM priorities.
• Design partner programs and playbooks to create repeatable value and enablement.
• Define integrations with product/engineering and manage a prioritized partner roadmap.
• Shape the commercial model for each partner and align legal, finance, and operations.
• Lead joint go-to-market and embed partners into sales motions.
• Define success metrics and own outcomes, expanding Lambda's customer footprint.
• Represent Lambda across sales, product, marketing, legal, and GTM, with regular partner-facing travel.
