Job summary

Lambda in San Francisco is seeking an IT Technical Program Manager to lead major enterprise system programs across ERP, CRM, and HCM. You will own the program lifecycle from kickoff through cutover and hypercare, coordinating cross-functional teams, external partners, and auditors.

You will establish a scalable operating model for Business Technology, drive governance, and deliver rapid, data-driven decisions to executives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical program management with at least 4 years leading enterprise application or business systems programs
• Experience delivering ERP/CRM/HCM or data platform initiatives end-to-end as program owner
• SOX/compliance experience and interaction with external auditors is a strong plus

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program management for ERP, procurement, EPM, HRIS, treasury, and identity implementations
• Run the Business Technology roadmap with intake, prioritization, and dependency management
• Stand up lightweight portfolio governance with RAID logs and executive visibility
• Lead SOX ITGC readiness workstreams and coordinate with auditors
• Establish weekly cadence, steering committees, and executive readouts
• Design and operationalize formal change management across Business Technology systems
• Drive cutover and go-live planning with readiness reviews and post-launch retrospectives
• Manage vendor and partner delivery with milestones and change control
• Communicate program status to executives and Audit Committee with clarity
• Improve operating efficiency with templates, playbooks, and AI-assisted reporting
