Lambda, The Superintelligence Cloud, is a leader in AI cloud infrastructure serving tens of thousands of customers. This role is based in our SF Bay Area offices and requires presence 4 days per week, with a designated work-from-home Tuesday.

We seek an Executive Business Partner who will act as a strategic partner, anticipate needs, and ensure nothing slows us down in a fast-moving startup environment. 5+ years supporting executives is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of EA or relevant experience in fast-growing tech environments.
• Proven ability to support leaders in dynamic, scaling companies.
• Exceptional organization, prioritization, and follow-through.
• Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Be an executive’s right hand: anticipate needs, solve problems, and remove friction.
• Manage calendars, schedules, and logistics across multiple time zones.
• Coordinate high-stakes meetings, agendas, and follow-up.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Plan and manage travel; adapt quickly to changes.
• Keep projects moving on time and support communications.
