Job summary

Lambda is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to partner with engineering teams and leadership across the company. You will drive talent strategy, performance management, and organizational development while upholding Lambda's culture and values.

This role requires presence in our San Francisco or San Jose offices four days a week, with Tuesday as the work-from-home day. You will act as a trusted advisor to team leaders, focusing on workforce planning, succession, coaching, and conflict

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of HR Business Partner experience, with at least 3+ years working directly with engineering teams.
• Ability to coach leaders, influence, and drive organizational change.
• Experience in performance management and succession planning.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Champion Culture and Values across teams and HR processes.
• Strategic HR partnering with engineering teams to align with business goals.
• Support team leadership with performance management, coaching, and development.
• Execute HR strategies for workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning.
• Drive organizational debugging and conflict resolution to improve team effectiveness.
• Lead culture interviews and ensure hiring aligns with values.
