Job summary

Lambda, The Superintelligence Cloud, is seeking an Executive Recruiter to lead end-to-end searches for C-suite and senior leadership in a high-growth tech environment. You will partner with founders and the board to define roles, leverage networks in AI, cloud, and hardware, and manage multi-step interview processes while delivering top-tier candidates.

Based in San Francisco, this role requires presence in the office four days per week, with Tuesday as the designated work-from-home day.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in executive search, with at least 4 years in tech roles.
• Proven track record placing C-suite and VP executives at high-growth tech companies.
• Deep understanding of semiconductor, GPU, AI/ML, or related hardware/software markets.
• Extensive network of executive talent in relevant industries.
• Experience working with venture-backed startups and startup dynamics.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end executive search processes for C-suite, VP, and senior director roles across all functions.
• Develop and execute search strategies for Engineering, Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance.
• Partner with founders, board, and executives to define role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Leverage networks within cloud computing and AI industries.
• Build relationships with executive talent through events and networking.
• Manage interview processes with multiple stakeholders and assessment methods.
• Ensure exceptional candidate experience reflecting company values and positioning.
• Develop compelling value propositions for executives considering startup opportunities.
