Lambda is seeking a seasoned Tech Alliance Partner Manager to expand its technology partner ecosystem and drive joint customer outcomes. You will shape strategy, design programs, and lead cross-functional execution with engineering, product, legal, sales, and finance.

You will recruit partners, define integrations, and craft go-to-market motions that scale revenue and customer adoption while balancing business risk and strategic value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology or ecosystem partnerships, alliances, or partner business development within B2B tech.
• Proven success building revenue-generating partner ecosystems for cloud or platform businesses.
• Experience designing partner programs or frameworks from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Define Lambda's partner strategy and prioritization.
• Recruit and onboard technology partners and ISVs.
• Design and operationalize partner programs and playbooks.
• Define integrations and partner roadmap with product/engineering.
• Shape the commercial model for partnerships (co-sell, co-build, resale, referral).
• Lead joint go-to-market and embed partners into sales motions.
• Own metrics and outcomes for the partner program and customer impact.
