• High emotional intelligence, discretion, and situational awareness.
• Proven ability to design structure, systems, and operating rhythms.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and modern productivity tools.
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage calendars and prioritize competing demands for the CEO and CFO.
• Make proactive decisions and direct executives' attention to priorities.
• Prepare concise briefings, context, and recommended actions for meetings.
• Draft high-stakes communications and external correspondence.
• Represent leadership with polish and professionalism to employees, customers, vendors, and investors.
• Coordinate travel, events, and real-time logistics for executives.
• Design and maintain systems for calendar, meetings, and workflows.
• Navigate internal dynamics with emotional intelligence and business awareness.
