Job summary

Moonlight is seeking an Executive Partner to be the strategic right hand to a US-based founder or CEO. This is a remote, full-time role aligned to US business hours, not a task‑execution position but a seat at the table.

You’ll own calendar and inbox management, prepare executive-ready research and presentations, coordinate cross‑functionally, and handle travel and meetings with zero dropped balls. Probation pays $1,400 USD/month; post‑probation $1,600 USD/month.

Qualifications

3+ years supporting a founder/CEO or C-suite exec—progression from assistant to higher-level roles.
End-to-end ownership of inbox, calendar, CRM and client communications.
A named system and repeatable framework for triage and prioritization.
Voice-matching ability to draft on an exec's behalf convincingly.
External representation experience on client calls or board settings.
Tool fluency with CRM/calendar/task platforms, configured not just used.

Responsibilities

Strategic calendar and inbox management, triaging what matters, filtering out what doesn’t
Executive-ready research, reports, and presentations that drive real decisions
Cross-functional coordination across the exec’s business and personal priorities
Travel, logistics, and meeting coordination with zero dropped balls
Acting as a trusted gatekeeper and first point of contact on the exec’s behalf
Proactively spotting opportunities to make the exec’s life and business run better
