Job summary

Moonlight is seeking an Executive Partner to join a US-based founder as a strategic right hand. This remote, global role focuses on proactive support, protecting the executive’s time, and delivering prepared research and presentations.

You will build long-term partnerships rather than perform task execution. Responsibilities include strategic calendar management, inbox triage, cross-functional coordination, and proactive opportunities to improve the executive’s life and business.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supporting a founder/CEO or C-suite exec
• End-to-end ownership of inbox, calendar, CRM, and client comms
• Progression from assistant to chief-of-staff or Executive Partner–level role

Responsibilities

• Strategic calendar and inbox management with triage
• Executive-ready research, reports, and presentations
• Cross-functional coordination across the exec’s priorities
• Travel, logistics, and meeting coordination with zero dropped balls
• Acting as a trusted gatekeeper and first point of contact
• Drafting on behalf of the exec with voice-matching
• Managing CRM and client communications as integrated workflow
