Job summary

CDW is seeking an Executive Compensation Analyst to design, implement, analyze, and administer our executive compensation programs, including long-term incentives and deferred compensation. You will partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and senior leaders to ensure market competitiveness, compliance, and accurate administration of programs.

You will lead proxy disclosures, benchmarking, and equity forecasting, while mentoring juniors and driving process improvements across compensation operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of analytical experience in Compensation or Finance, or 7+ years in a similar role.
• Advanced mathematical skills and financial knowledge with strong Excel and data analysis abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to present complex data and collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Support proxy statement preparation, including executive compensation tables, CD&A, and related disclosures.
• Lead executive job leveling and benchmarking using peer data and surveys.
• Recommend market positioning for executive roles and develop internal/external offers.
• Prepare Compensation Committee materials, analytics, reports, and board presentations.
• Coordinate with Finance on equity expense forecasting, share usage, burn rate analysis, and stock-based compensation accounting.
• Engage with external compensation consultants and cross-functional partners to design and manage equity programs.
