CDW is seeking a Senior Manager of Compensation to design, manage, and optimize global compensation programs including base, incentives, and executive pay. You will partner with Finance, Sales, and leadership to ensure equity, competitiveness, and regulatory compliance across a multinational workforce.

You will own merit planning, incentive design, and the compensation systems, driving governance, budgeting, and execution with a data-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years' experience in compensation and/or financial analysis, or 11+ years' experience.
• 3 years' management experience.
• Proven leadership in building a best-in-class team.

• Oversee changes to streamline compensation processes for accuracy and efficiency.
