Job summary

CDW is seeking a Senior Manager of Compensation to lead the design, administration and governance of global compensation programs, including base pay, incentives, and sales rewards. You will partner with Finance, Sales, and leadership to ensure internal equity, external competitiveness, and regulatory compliance while delivering fair, data-driven outcomes for a multinational workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years' experience in compensation and/or financial analysis OR 11+ years' experience in compensation and/or financial analysis.
• 3 years' management experience.
• Demonstrated leadership track record of enhancing and facilitating a best-in-class team.
• Working knowledge in management compensation, variable compensation system, equity related systems, retention systems, mid-term incentive systems and fixed compensation systems.
• History of partnering with the board of directors, compensation committee, executive committee, and outside resources.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic compensation programs aligned with organizational goals and cost effectiveness.
• Supervise changes to streamline compensation methods for enhanced accuracy and efficiencies.
• Provide leadership for complex and multi-stage compensation projects.
• Oversee compensation and performance management programs for internal equity and external competitiveness.
• Establish and supervise a global merit planning and review process, including budgeting and governance.
