Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required; 3+ years analytical experience or 7+ years in compensation/finance.
• Experience with executive compensation at public companies or consulting is a plus.
• Strong financial modeling, Excel, spreadsheet analysis, and confidentiality.
• Familiarity with stock plan administration platforms and SEC proxy disclosures is desirable.

• Support proxy statement preparation, including executive compensation tables and CD&A disclosures.
• Lead job leveling and benchmarking; recommend market positioning for executive roles.
• Model and design internal/external compensation offers and equity forecasts.
• Prepare Compensation Committee materials and analytics for senior leadership and Board.
• Coordinate with external consultants on peer reviews and program design.
