Job summary

CDW seeks a Senior Manager of Compensation to lead design, governance and administration of global pay programs, including long-term incentives, executive, sales and base pay. You will partner with executives and stakeholders to ensure internal equity, external competitiveness and regulatory compliance across CDW’s multinational workforce.

The role requires 7+ years in compensation (11+ preferred) and 3+ years of management, with strong analytical and financial modeling skills, Excel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 7+ years’ experience in compensation/financial analysis or 11+ years’ experience in compensation/financial analysis.
• 3 years' management experience.
• Demonstrated leadership track record in building a best-in-class team.
• Experience with global compensation and various compensation systems.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic compensation programs aligned with organizational goals while managing cost.
• Oversee changes to streamline and automate compensation processes for accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide leadership for complex multi-stage compensation projects.
• Ensure internal equity, external competitiveness and regulatory compliance in compensation programs.
• Establish and oversee a global merit planning and review process across a multinational workforce.
• Partner with executives and stakeholders to align salary planning, budgeting and pay structures.
• Participate in compensation committee meetings and provide consultative guidance.
• Develop relationships across business units and coordinate compensation activities cross-functionally.
• Manage direct reports with coaching and performance management.
• Oversee salary surveys and merit/incentive plans.
