Job summary

CDW is seeking an Executive Compensation Analyst to support the design, implementation, analysis, and administration of the company’s executive pay programs, including long‑term incentives and deferred compensation. You will partner with HR, Finance, Legal and leadership to ensure programs are competitive and compliant.

Responsibilities include proxy statement preparation, benchmarking, equity planning, and governance materials for the Compensation Committee, plus stock plan and deferred

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3+ years in an analytical role (Compensation or Finance preferred).
• 7+ years of analytical experience in Compensation or Finance is ideal.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and financial modeling skills with high accuracy.
• Ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Support proxy statement preparation, including executive compensation tables and CD&A disclosures.
• Lead executive job leveling and compensation benchmarking using peer data and surveys.
• Develop executive offers that are market-competitive and fair vs. current executives.
• Prepare Compensation Committee materials, analytics, and presentations for senior leadership.
