Job summary

CDW is seeking an Executive Compensation Analyst to design, analyze, implement and administer our executive compensation programs, including long-term incentives and deferred compensation. You will partner with HR, Finance, Legal and senior leadership to ensure programs are competitive, compliant, and accurately administered.

You will lead benchmarking, proxy disclosures, and equity governance, and collaborate on communications for the Compensation Committee and Board.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3+ years in an analytical role in Compensation or Finance, or 7+ years in such roles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and financial modeling skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience with stock plan administration platforms and SEC proxy disclosure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support proxy statement preparation, including executive compensation tables and the CD&A.
• Lead executive job leveling and compensation benchmarking.
• Develop and model executive compensation offers and ensure market competitiveness and fairness.
• Prepare Compensation Committee materials and presentations for senior leadership and the Board.
• Partner with Finance on equity expense forecasting, share usage, and stock-based compensation accounting.
• Coordinate with external compensation consultants on peer reviews and market studies.
• Ensure effective equity compensation program management across plans and documentation.
• Identify and implement process improvements in executive compensation administration.
• Mentor junior team members and participate in special compensation projects.
• Support stock plan administration through full grant and vest cycles and participant communications.
