Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of executive support experience; equivalent combinations considered.
• Current Nevada Driver's License to operate a class C vehicle.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills across organizational levels.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the CEO's calendar, priorities, travel, meetings, and strategic focus time.
• Serve as gatekeeper for executive requests and ensure alignment with priorities.
• Prepare executive briefings, agendas, presentations, and meeting materials.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and executive initiatives; develop dashboards and status updates.
• Support business development activities and customer interactions.
