Qualifications

• 5+ years in VP-level or above executive support.
• Experience at a SaaS/tech company is preferred.
• Ability to travel up to two times per quarter.
• Strong calendar, travel and event coordination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Onboarding new team members as main contact.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex schedules for multiple executives.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel and visas.
• Organize reports, correspondence, and meeting materials.
• Draft memos, emails and reports.
• Plan events with large attendee groups.
• Support Head of Product with Customer Advisory Board.
• Assist with onboarding new team members.
