Job summary

Cloudflare is seeking an Executive Assistant to support two leaders in the Security organization, including the Head of Cloudforce One and VP Product Delivery and Security. The role requires multitasking in a fast-paced environment, strong attention to detail, and proactive execution.

You will manage complex calendars, coordinate travel, draft high-level communications, and develop executive presentations. Prior experience in high-growth settings and AI-enabled tooling is a bonus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a high-growth environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; trusted with senior leadership interactions.
• Ability to manage complex schedules, travel logistics, and confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Calendar Optimization: plan long-term calendars aligned with executive priorities.
• Travel & Logistics Ownership: manage domestic and international travel end-to-end.
• Communication & Inbox Management: prioritize requests, draft responses, maintain confidentiality.
• Project Management & Deliverables: lead small-to-medium projects and prepare exec materials.
• Core Administrative Support: expenses, meetings, event coordination.
• Mentorship: mentor other admins and coordinate team efforts.
