The Hire Standard, Inc. is seeking an Executive Assistant to the Head of Engineering AI Robotics in the United States.

This is a high-growth, confidential role supporting a senior technical leader in a fast-paced, hardware/robotics environment. The successful candidate will manage complex calendars, act as a strategic partner, and build robust operating systems to keep up with rapid decisions and ambitious initiatives.

Qualifications

• Real experience supporting a founder, technical leader or senior executive in a fast-growth, high-stakes organization.
• Background in hardware, robotics, or engineering-driven companies is a strong plus.
• Willingness to stay reachable outside standard hours, including weekends.
• Systems-builder who creates order out of ambiguity and thrives under change.
• Composure under pressure with excellent communication skills.
• Trustworthy, discreet, resourceful and energized by fast decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Manage a complex, constantly shifting calendar with sound judgment and minimal guidance.
• Act as a trusted filter and strategic partner for executives' time and priorities.
• Build operational scaffolding, processes and structure for a fast-moving company.
• Coordinate across engineering, operations and external stakeholders without dropping details.
• Handle sensitive communications with discretion and emotional intelligence.
• Get involved in special projects and high-priority initiatives as they arise.
• Spot problems early and resolve them quietly to keep momentum.
• Bring calm and momentum to a high-intensity environment.
