Job summary

Utah First Credit Union in Salt Lake City seeks an Executive Assistant to partner with the CEO, manage complex calendars, and gatekeep access to the executive team. The role requires discretion, strong judgment, and the ability to coordinate with leadership, the Board, and business partners to keep initiatives moving forward.

You'll handle confidential information, prepare materials, and support strategic initiatives, with a compensation range of $85,000 to $95,000 plus a robust benefits package

Qualifications

• Experience supporting a CEO or senior leadership team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.
• Experience coordinating with a Board of Directors is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO and extend executive leadership.
• Coordinate complex calendars and scheduling for leadership.
• Gatekeeper for access and competing priorities.
• Prepare meeting materials and coordinate Board communications.
