Job summary

University of California, Riverside seeks an Executive Analyst & Assistant to the Associate Vice Chancellor and Chief Communications and Marketing Officer to provide executive-level coordination and support across the Communications & Marketing department. This role represents the department with tact and discretion.

Responsibilities include managing calendars and travel, handling financial requests, and assisting with high-impact projects, while applying strong analytical and communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related area or equivalent experience/training.
• 4–7 years of related experience.
• Minimum 3 years of executive-level administrative support experience.
• Strong discretion and confidentiality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office and calendaring software.

Responsibilities

• Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and itineraries for the AVC & CCMO.
• Process purchase and travel requests, reimbursements, and other routine accounting transactions utilizing online financial systems.
• Assist with planning and execution of special projects.
• Provide executive-level administrative support across a wide range of issues, projects, programs, and matters important to the Communications & Marketing department.
• Represent Communications and Marketing in a professional manner, exercising sound judgment, tact, and the utmost discretion.
