Job summary

University of California-Riverside is seeking an Executive Analyst & Assistant to the Associate Vice Chancellor & Chief Communications and Marketing Officer to provide executive-level coordination and support across the Communications & Marketing department.

You will manage calendars, travel and itineraries, handle reimbursements and routine accounting transactions, and represent the department with tact and discretion.

• Support administrative and transactional tasks across a wide range of issues, projects, programs, and matters important to the Communications & Marketing department.
• Represent Communications and Marketing in a professional manner, exercising sound judgment, tact, and utmost discretion.
• Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and itineraries for the AVC & CCMO.
• Process purchase and travel requests, reimbursements, and other routine accounting transactions utilizing online financial systems for the Communications & Marketing department.
• Assist with planning and execution of special projects as assigned.

Salary

The full salary range for the Executive Analyst & Assistant to Associate Vice Chancellor & Chief Communications and Marketing Officer is $74,384.25 - $108,710.47 annually. However, the expected pay scale for this position is up to $90,000 annually. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.
