Job Overview

The executive assistant provides executive-level coordination and support to the Associate Vice Chancellor and Chief Communications and Marketing Officer (AVC & CCMO), as well as administrative and transactional support across a wide range of issues, projects, programs, and matters important to the Communications & Marketing department. Represents Communications and Marketing in a professional manner, exercising sound judgment, tact, and the utmost discretion.

Compensation

The full salary range for the Executive Analyst & Assistant to Associate Vice Chancellor & Chief Communications and Marketing Officer is $74,384.25 - $108,710.47 annually. The expected pay scale for this position is up to $90,000 annually, based on education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.

Eligibility and Requirements

Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. Currently, we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa for staff.
