Job summary

RTX is seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Manager (M5) to lead all business management activities for the LTAMDS Production, Development and Sustainment portfolios, including international pursuits. You will shape strategy, drive financial performance, and advise program leadership from a strategic perspective.

The role requires deep EVMS, program controls, and cross-functional leadership experience, plus the ability to collaborate with Global Contracts, Trade, and Corporate teams.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in finance, business, accounting, economics, engineering or related field with 10+ years of experience, or an advanced degree with 7+ years.
• Experience with EVMS, baseline planning and IMS integration
• Experience communicating complex financial information to executive levels
• Experience with Raytheon financial systems (IPDS, APEX, Prism and/or PMX)
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team of business managers and analysts supporting LTAMDS Production, Sustainment and Development
• Serve as the primary business partner to the LTAMDS Program Director, Chief Engineer, and IPT Leads
• Own all financial planning, baseline management, and performance reporting across the program, ensuring EVMS compliance
• Develop and maintain program financial strategies, EACs, funding profiles, staffing strategies, monthly schedule/cadence and long-range plans
• Oversee proposal development, BOE strategy, pricing, and risk & opportunity management for both domestic and international captures
• Lead business integration for all international pursuits, including alignment with Global Contracts, Global Trade, and Corporate International teams
• Support contract negotiations, financial terms shaping, and international offset considerations as applicable
• Ensure timely, accurate, and executable financial and programmatic data to senior leadership, including monthly program reviews, customer reporting, and internal governance reviews
• Drive process improvement, workforce development, and standardization across the LTAMDS business team
• Represent the LTAMDS business organization in cross-program and cross-mission area councils and working groups
• Lead monthly program reviews and customer reporting
