Job summary

RTX in Goleta, CA is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) for program execution in compliance with contract requirements. You will oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocations for externally reported programs, monitor CPI/SPI/EAC metrics, and support LREs and quarterly EACs.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, strong EVMS/program controls

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3–5+ years of relevant experience; EVMS or program controls required.
• Experience with EVMS, program controls, or integrated cost and schedule management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• U.S. citizenship required to obtain DoD clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain EVMS for program execution in compliance with contractual requirements.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resourcing for externally reported programs.
• Monitor CPI, SPI, EAC, and TCPI; support quarterly EACs and monthly LREs.
• Support financial planning (RPLAN updates) and communicate performance impacts on bookings, sales, earnings, and cash.
• Develop and validate CDRLs and act as financial point of contact for PM.
• Collaborate with control account managers and schedulers to support cost/schedule integration.
• Assist in compliance reviews, audits, and adherence to financial policies and controls.
• Contribute to Five-Year and annual operating plan forecasts and proposal development.
• Perform requested financial analyses and reporting.
