RTX is seeking a Finance professional in Goleta, CA to develop EAC/LRE deliverables, report Earned Value, and perform cost and forecasting activities. You will coordinate with program management, engineering, and supply chain teams while ensuring compliance with DoD clearance requirements.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting and at least 2 years of finance experience, plus ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field with at least 2 years of finance experience.
• Experience preparing financial reports, forecasts, and variance analyses for management.
• Experience analyzing financial data to identify variances, trends, and forecast changes.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance prior to start.
• U.S. citizenship is required due to clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop Estimates at Completion (EAC) and monthly Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) deliverables.
• Report Earned Value (EV) and perform EV analysis against budget baseline, schedule, and EAC.
• Perform cost, schedule, and financial reporting activities including funding analysis, tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
• Prepare ad hoc financial analyses to support reporting and issue identification.
• Coordinate with Program Management, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams.
