Job summary

JLL is seeking an events leader to plan and deliver end-to-end event programs, coordinating with cross-functional partners and external vendors to ensure timely execution and high service quality. You will manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations in a dynamic environment.

The role requires a university degree or relevant certification and a proven track record in leading complex projects with strong planning and coordination skills.

Qualifications

• University degree or relevant certification; extensive experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and influence outcomes through planning, coordination, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead event planning and delivery for complex projects/programs; assign, monitor, and review work across a cross-functional team.
• Set priorities, goals, and operational plans for the event workstream(s); determine how to use resources to meet schedules and goals.
• Manage and maintain budget (may include signature authority depending on level).
• Coordinate and monitor work performed by external vendors/contractors (as applicable).
• Drive improvements to services/processes/standards for event delivery when needed.
