Job summary

JLL is seeking an Event Planner in New York, NY to design and execute high-touch corporate events and meetings. You will partner with clients, culinary teams, and internal partners to deliver flawless experiences from concept through post-event analysis.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience planning and executing internal and external events.

Responsibilities

• Execute meetings and events from start to finish, including high-profile events with senior leadership.
• Consult with clients on space planning, AV needs, and event support services.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to manage attendee counts, dietary requirements, and timelines.
• Manage ticket lifecycle and service requests across facilities, catering, and guest services.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and insurance requirements.
• Provide on-site coordination and light AV support during events.
