Vertex Education seeks an Events & Engagement Specialist to support planning and execution of events, community outreach and marketing communications across Vertex Education and Legacy Traditional Schools. You will work with campus leaders, vendors and partners to translate strategy into organized execution.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in event planning, strong organization and relationship-building skills, and experience with Asana, Eventbrite or HubSpot.

Formación

• Two to four years of experience in event planning and coordination, marcom, community engagement, partnerships or sponsorships.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple timelines, deadlines and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with project management tools and MS Office/Google Workspace.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute network-wide Vertex and Legacy events, campus activities and community outreach.
• Coordinate materials, vendors and on-site logistics.
• Draft event communications and manage post-event data and reporting.
