Vertex Education is seeking an Events & Engagement Specialist to support planning and execution of network-wide events, community outreach, and MarCom initiatives across Vertex Education and Legacy Traditional Schools. You will collaborate with campus leaders, state teams, and vendors to deliver impactful programs.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and relationship-oriented with strong event planning and project coordination skills, capable of managing multiple initiatives

Qualifikationen

• 2–4 years of experience in event planning, marcom, or community engagement.
• Experience coordinating multi-state events and campus activities.
• Strong written and verbal communication; relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple timelines, budgets, and vendors.

• Plan and execute network-wide Legacy and Vertex events and campus activities.
• Coordinate family, community and alumni engagement initiatives; build external relationships.
• Manage event logistics, scheduling, materials, vendors, and on-site support.
• Lead post-event data collection for metrics and planning.
