Job summary

SpaceXSI is seeking an Events Lead to own end-to-end management of external events, from concept through production and onsite execution. You will partner with Growth, Sales, Field Growth, Community, and Developer Relations to expand reach and drive enterprise awareness and product attachment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of event planning experience in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment, with strong vendor management and branding capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in event planning in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment.
• Experience across all planning aspects: venue sourcing, design, vendors, catering, logistics, entertainment.
• Comfort with ambiguity and building event programs in fast-paced settings.
• Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple workstreams and partners.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute VIP, special, 3rd party, and customer events from concept to onsite delivery.
• Develop agendas, manage invitations, and contact high-level executive customers.
• Provide onsite event management including evening receptions and weekend events.
• Create branding elements, decor, activations, themes, and custom items.
• Lead departmental admin tasks: sourcing, budgets, payments, shipping, inventory.
• Leverage AI to automate event workflows and administrative tasks.
