Qualifications

• Eight years of education and/or experience in facilities maintenance, upkeep, or a related trade.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop staff: supervise event setup, teardown, and custodial teams, including scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Coordinate event operations with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure successful preparation, execution, and cleanup.
• Oversee facility readiness: maintain cleanliness, safety, equipment, and operations within budget.
• Manage facility improvements: coordinate construction, renovation, and maintenance with contractors and internal teams.
• Identify opportunities for greater efficiency and implement improvements that enhance client and guest experience.
