The University of Oregon invites applications for the Coordinator of Operations in the Physical Education and Recreation Department within the Student Recreation Center. You will lead day-to-day facility operations across multiple spaces, supervise a team of about 50 Operation Attendants, and ensure safe, welcoming experiences for staff and patrons.

• Bachelor’s degree in Recreation Administration/Management, Leisure Studies, Sports Management, Business or related field.
• One year of experience leading and managing staff or a work team.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee equipment issue, weight room, cardio area, and locker room operations.
• Hire, supervise and mentor approximately 50 Operation Attendant staff.
• Manage program budgets, risk management and facility security.
• Promote staff training and customer service excellence.
• Coordinate with the Assistant Director and cover evenings/weekends when needed.
