Legends Global seeks a Facilities Supervisor to support The Oncenter by overseeing facilities staff, coordinating venue setups, cleaning, maintenance, and event-related activities. You will assign tasks, train staff, and ensure facilities meet event requirements with a focus on safety and reliability.

The role requires supervising teams, maintaining logs, and collaborating with operations leadership to keep venues event-ready.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Previous experience in event set-up or related field preferred.
• Forklift certification a plus.
• Strong supervisory skills and safety awareness.

Responsabilités

• Supervise, direct, and support Facilities employees during assigned shifts.
• Coordinate venue setups, event setups, and cleaning activities.
• Inspect completed work to meet established standards and event requirements.
• Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to staff.
• Maintain shift logs and equipment records as required.
• Assist with event setup and breakdown, including equipment and related tasks.
