Job summary

The Lundquist Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the University of Oregon seeks an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations, manage projects and events, and supervise a team of student employees. You will drive strategic initiatives and oversee communications, marketing, and coordination across departments.

You will work with LCE leadership and the Dean’s Office to ensure operations align with university guidelines, supporting the center’s mission and growth.

Qualifications

• Three years of office experience including two years at full performance level.
• Experience leading work or coordinating office procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general operations of LCE and related units.
• Direct project management and event management activities.
• Supervise a team of student employees.
• Contribute to strategy, design, communications, and marketing.
• Coordinate systems and cross-functional workflows.
• Align center operations with university guidelines and policies.
