Job summary

Jobgether SRL seeks an accomplished transformation leader to own the ESM portfolio across strategic accounts, driving qualified pipeline, bookings, revenue, and client outcomes. You will partner with Sales to identify opportunities, shape solutions, and close multi-year engagements that deliver measurable value.

You will guide account strategies, lead consulting from discovery through executive alignment, and develop repeatable ESM offerings with a focus on Jira Service Management, AI-enabled

Qualifications

• 10+ years in consulting or enterprise technology
• Demonstrated enterprise transformation leadership
• Experience with ITSM and service management
• Knowledge of Jira Service Management and related Atlassian tools
• Experience shaping go-to-market, proposals, and client transitions
• Bachelor-level degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Own the transformation portfolio across strategic accounts
• Lead transformation consulting from discovery to close
• Develop account strategies to expand adoption of ESM capabilities
• Build trusted relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and other executives
• Identify market needs and define repeatable ESM offerings
• Lead end-to-end transformation frameworks
• Oversee service management governance and value realization
• Shape solutions with Jira Service Management and Atlassian tools
• Go-to-market planning with sales, marketing, and partners
• Develop partner-led opportunities and scalable solutions
• Ensure executive alignment through steering committees and reviews
