Job summary

Valiantys is seeking an ESM Transformation Director located in Canada or the United States with deep enterprise sales and consulting experience. You will lead commercial growth, craft repeatable transformation propositions, and guide multi-year roadmaps across IT and business functions.

Your role blends strategy, delivery, and executive-level engagement to deliver measurable value for large clients. You will drive go-to-market motions, enable practice expansion, and ensure outcomes such as

Qualifications

• 10+ years in consulting, professional services, enterprise technology, or service-management roles with client-facing leadership experience.
• Enterprise sales or commercial leadership experience in multi-million dollar portfolios.
• Proven ability to define operating models, governance, and value measurement for IT and business functions.

Responsibilities

• Own the ESM transformation portfolio across strategic and enterprise accounts, accountable for pipeline, bookings, revenue, and margins.
• Lead opportunities from identification through negotiation and close with executive stakeholders.
• Co-design end-to-end ESM transformation frameworks linking strategy, operating model, and delivery.
• Shape propositions connecting ITSM with enterprise service management across HR, Finance, Legal, and other functions.
• Engage with CIOs, CTOs, COOs, CHROs, CFOs to articulate business value and drive adoption.
