• Collaborate with growth leaders to support business development, identify opportunities, and present proposals.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients to renew and expand services.
• Ensure services are delivered with excellence, on-time and on-budget.
• Lead and evaluate new service offerings with the BSC Practice Leader.
• Attract and develop talent to create a pool of ready-now leaders.
