Job summary

Elliott Davis Advisory, LLC seeks a Business Systems Consulting Director to lead client engagements, shape ERP strategy, and guide teams delivering innovative technology solutions. You will work with growth leaders, develop proposals, and manage complex ERP implementations.

Excellent leadership, communication, and business development skills are essential to renew and expand services, while driving collaboration across the Digital Practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Accounting, Business Management, Information Systems or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in Business Systems and ERP Implementation Consulting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to engage with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Digital Business Systems Consulting group and guide teams serving clients.
• Develop, invest time in, and motivate talent to create future leaders.
• Prepare scope of work, proposals and engagement letters.
• Oversee ERP implementations and advise on best practices for technology & processes.
• Manage client relationships, renewals, and cross-sell opportunities.
• Review work and provide sign-off on projects.
