Elliott Davis is seeking a Senior Manager in its Consulting group to lead business systems strategy, oversee ERP implementations, and guide clients toward optimized technology and processes. You’ll manage teams, drive business development, and shape solutions with senior leadership.

The role emphasizes leadership, client relations, and the ability to deliver complex, cross-functional changes across multiple ERP platforms.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS, Accounting, Business Management, Information Systems or related field.
10-15 years relevant work experience.
5+ years experience as a senior level leader.
ERP implementation experience with NetSuite, Sage Intacct, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Business development experience.
Strong accounting knowledge: financial statements, inventory processes, and general ledger accounting.
Excel working knowledge.

Responsibilities

Meet with clients to assess current business systems (people, processes and technology).
Prepare key findings and analysis reports on client systems.
Oversee ERP and restructuring implementation projects.
Convert records for input into new systems.
Manage project budgets, change orders and timelines.
Consult with clients on best practices related to their business processes.
Lead client engagements and provide sign-off on projects.
