Job summary

Elliott Davis in the public accounting consulting field seeks a Business Systems Consulting (BSC) Senior Manager to lead ERP design, implementation, and process optimization across client organizations.

You will oversee complex ERP projects, develop strategies for technology stacks, and guide teams while expanding business development efforts and maintaining high client relationships within a fast-growing digital consulting group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field (CS, accounting, IS, or business)
• 10-15 years relevant work experience
• 5+ years experience as a senior level leader
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Business development experience
• Strong accounting knowledge: financial statements, inventory, GL
• ERP implementation experience across multiple ERP systems (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, SAP, MS Dynamics)
• Ability to think outside the box and provide client solutions
• Experience with project management, leading an implementation team
• Ability to manage budgets, change orders, timelines
• Experience with manufacturing processes and inventory

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to assess current business systems (people, processes and technology)
• Prepare findings and analysis reports on client systems
• Assist clients with ERP implementation and restructure projects
• Oversee extensive transactional flow analysis and reporting setup
• Formulate plan and timeline for projects
• Manage complex ERP and restructuring implementations
• Convert records for input into new systems
• Consult with clients on best practices for business processes
• Review work and sign off on projects
• Attend client and networking functions
• Prepare scope of work, proposals and engagement letters
• Support business development and client relations
• Schedule department workflow and client billing
• Supervise staff and provide feedback
