Job summary

Elliott Davis is seeking a Senior Manager to lead our Digital Business Systems Consulting Group, driving ERP strategy and implementation for clients. You will guide system design, processes, and technology integration while managing teams across complex projects.

You will partner with clients to improve efficiency, deliver strong analyses, and help grow our consulting practice through excellent relationship management and business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 10–15 years relevant work experience.
• 5+ years at senior level leadership.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Business development experience.
• ERP implementation experience (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, SAP, MS Dynamics).
• Ability to propose innovative solutions and manage projects.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to assess current business systems (people, processes and technology).
• Prepare key findings and analysis reports on client systems.
• Assist clients with ERP system implementation and restructure projects.
• Oversee transactional flow analysis to correct errors and configure reports.
• Formulate project plans and timelines; manage ERP deployments.
• Convert records for input into new systems; supervise project teams.
• Provide client guidance on best practices for business processes.
• Review work and sign off on projects; attend client/networking events.
• Prepare scopes of work, proposals and engagement letters.
• Lead business development to identify and pursue client opportunities.
